All services are billed in USD. Pricing is per employee per month for ongoing services, with a one-time flat fee for the Setup & Handover.

A note on the Setup & Handover: Many employers begin with the Setup & Handover and move directly into one of the ongoing services once the foundation is in place. The handover cost is a one-time investment — it doesn't recur alongside your monthly service fee.

Common questions

Can I start with Core Payroll and add compliance support later?
Yes. Moving from Core Payroll Run to Payroll & Compliance Support is straightforward — there's no new onboarding process. The change applies from the next billing cycle.
Do I need the Setup & Handover if I already have payroll running?
If you're moving payroll across from another provider, the Setup & Handover ensures the data migration is done carefully and opening balances are verified before the first run. It's not mandatory, but it's the approach we'd recommend to avoid carrying forward any existing discrepancies.
Is there a minimum team size?
No. Per-employee pricing means the service scales proportionally from the first employee upward. Small teams benefit from the same process and standard as larger ones.
What currency are the prices in?
All prices shown are in US Dollars (USD). If your team operates in a different currency, mention it when you get in touch and we'll clarify how billing works for your situation.
What information do you need from me each cycle?
Typically: hours worked (if applicable), any changes to pay or employment status, new starters, and any leavers. We'll confirm exactly what's needed during setup and let you know if anything changes.
